Life Coach, Reiki Master, NLP Practitioner
Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of methods do you use?
I use several different techniques depending on clients. I have obtained the following trainings: Neuro Linguistic Programming, 6 Human needs analysis, Reiki, Meditation, Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique.
What is the session like?
I have individual coaching sessions and online course. For individual sessions, it’s online meeting and especially for people who like individual support and need more specific instruction. I provide assignments every time after a session, and you can work on it until the next session.
Online courses are for people who love self-paced-learning or are looking for something more financially reasonable. People who take the online courses still can make a coaching appointment whenever they need.
How long does it take to see the positive change in my life?
It’s up to your goal and level of commitment. However, many clients see some changes after 6th sessions.
How often will we need to meet?
I encourage my clients to have a session every week. However, I’m flexible and understand some people prefer to do sessions every other week or so.
Do you accept insurance?
What’s the difference between your coaching service and counselling/therapy?
We have some similarities since many counselors started to do coaching as well. The big difference between my service and therapy is that I don’t diagnose your condition. My mission is not why you have a certain emotional/behavioral pattern but how we can change them to fit to your current needs. Interestingly, 95% of my clients tried therapy before coming to my service. They all said the same thing: I want to change my life. I have known why I had/did a certain thing, but I don’t know how to change them. So, my service is more focusing on how to change not discovering why.
